To achieve this goal, we have developed a range of educational programs that are designed to meet the unique needs of marginalized communities. Our After School Program is designed to provide academic support and enrichment opportunities to students from low-income families. This program includes tutoring, homework help, and extracurricular activities that promote social and emotional development.

In addition, our Scholarship Program offers financial assistance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who demonstrate academic excellence and an unwavering commitment to their education. We believe that providing access to higher education is essential to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Our College Readiness Program is designed to prepare high school students for the rigorous demands of college-level coursework. This program includes standardized test preparation, college application support, and guidance on financial aid and scholarship opportunities.

We also recognize that language barriers can be a significant obstacle to accessing quality education. As such, we offer English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs that provide language instruction to individuals with limited proficiency in English. By improving their language skills, we aim to empower individuals to more fully participate in educational and professional opportunities.

At PDRCi, we also strive to develop leadership skills through self-empowerment. The nature of self-empowerment allows children to build their self-confidence while developing useful life skills. These skills will help them cultivate their own networks that they can rely on later on in life.

Secondarily, we aim for the development of a network that will allow for students to optimize their employment opportunities. The viability of this avenue can all be traced back to the foundational leadership skills that we cultivate through self-empowerment.

Research and Advocacy, a major pillar of the organization. We are dedicated to conducting extensive, evidence-based research on policy reform for marginalized and underserved communities.

Our research aims to facilitate discourse with policymakers in a way that benefits those who have been historically underserved and underrepresented. By conducting comprehensive studies and analysis, we strive to bridge the gap between quality higher education and marginalized communities.

Welcome to PDRC International’s Job Readiness Training program, aimed at addressing the lack of accessing immigrant and disadvantaged communities in the labor force. We recognize that many individuals face significant barriers to entering and succeeding in the workforce, including language barriers, and limited access to education, training, and professional development opportunities.

Our program seeks to provide the necessary means for underserved communities to participate in the labor force by offering educational and technical support. We believe that equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to secure employment and advance in their careers is crucial to improving their job prospects.

Through our commitment to leadership training and professional development, we actively work against the innate workplace discrimination that many individuals face.
